1. Service Hours 24 hours (Domestic 10 AM to 12 PM and International 24 hours)

2. If the authority fails to provide the service to the customer, they will be obliged to refund the amount paid within (Government Holidays and other holidays Excluding) 24 hours.

3. If the customer expresses his inability to take the service after booking, then he must inform the authority 72 hours before the mentioned time and the authority will be obliged to deduct 25% of the paid money and refund the remaining money within (Government Holidays and other holidays Excluding) 24 hours through the customer's bank account or mobile banking.
